If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Brand Zush, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
You can return a product if:
- The size does not fit.
- You received the wrong size or wrong product.
- You are not satisfied with the product quality.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 1–2 working days.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only for Prepaid Orders.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 days after the returned product is picked up and passes quality checks.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders, refunds will be given as Store Credits only.
- Store Credits can be used to place a new order on our website within 6 months.
- Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All tags, accessories, packaging, and the original invoice must be included.
- Products that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
- If the security tag seal attached to the product is removed or broken, the return request will be rejected.
Self-Shipping Returns
You may also send the product back to our warehouse yourself.
Please:
- Pack the product securely.
- Include a copy of the invoice inside the package.
- Write our complete warehouse address and contact number clearly on the package.

Important Points
- Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- If the security tag seal is broken or removed, the exchange request will not be accepted.
